Joshua "(D.E.) ThaPRODUCER" Walk, commonly known as D.E. is a Producer, Rapper, DJ, Army Veteran, and Roughneck, who has experienced the world through the lens of multiple lives and has grown through both his personal experience and his passion of music, writing an epic soundtrack along the way. Accredited for the writing/recording/performing of the original anthem for Salt Lake Cities own MMA Fight Club "STEELFIST FIGHTING", and his participation in the Salt Lake City rap group the "Beehive Batallion", D.E. has made sure that he has been present and active in the growth of the Utah Hip Hop/Rap community from 2002 to the present. His strive for excellence has brought him as a recording artist through 6 underground albums, a number of underground singles, and countless local (Salt Lake City) performances opening for the likes of Kutt Calhoun, U-God, and Ace Hood. D.E. released his first official single "Hard Out Here" feat. Dwan in 2020. Currently "D.E. ThaPRODUCER" has an EP, an Album, and multiple singles streaming on most platforms, including the high-profile song "How I Live My Life", released May 19, 2023. The single has been acknowledged as D.E. settling into his own lane with a country element to his rap. D.E. is motivated to bring his own music career as a recording artist to its very highest potential, you can expect more to come very soon. D.E. is a certified Master of Fine Arts with a Bachelor's Degree in Audio Production from Full Sail University. He is now working towards his Masters Degree in Entertainment Business which includes Executive Leadership, Project and Team Management, Business Storytelling and Brand Development, Entertainment Business Finance, Digital Marketing, Negotiation and Deal Making, Product and Artist Management, Advanced Entertainment Law, Entertainment Media Publishing and Distribution, and Business Plan Development. By the growth in each of the skills that each of these classes have provided, he is building his brand(s) and is gaining popularity as one of Salt Lakes strongest production and engineering assets.
